Virtual Grief Camp

Join us for a half-day retreat where we will discuss the stressors that the holidays can bring for those grieving. 

We will discuss the best ways to handle these rough situations and take time to reflect together. 

We’ll have a short guided meditation, plenty of giving each other tips and support via discussion, maybe some deep breathing and boundary setting sessions, and don’t worry angry rants and vents are welcome too.

Journaling, mantra and affirmation-setting will set us up to feel more prepared to face the holidays saddled with our grief.
